This is a 3d miniature of a Nativity scene. In the barn you can see the figures of the biblical characters, which consist of 2 layers, which gives them more volume. There is a pattern part on the back wall that you can leave out if you wish, and there is a star on top of the barn. If you un-paint this design and add lighting, it will look even better.
