📜 License Types for Digital Files by Ivan Bilous (VectorPainter)

This licensing agreement defines the permitted uses of digital design files created by Ivan Bilous, sold under the VectorPainter brand. All files are protected by copyright and may not be used outside the scope of the selected license.

⚠️ General Terms for All Commercial Licenses (Tiers 1–4):

You CAN

  • Create and sell a limited number of physical items (depending on your license tier)
  • Modify the design for your use (with attribution)
  • Include printed instructions with your physical product (without author’s contact info)

You CANNOT

  • Share, resell, or redistribute the digital files — in any form, even modified
  • Use the design to make new digital products or templates (e.g., SVG bundles)
  • Modify the design in ways that violate laws, or that are offensive, discriminatory, or unethical
  • Use images or videos created by Ivan Bilous without permission

📄 One license = one file = one user or business

(also applies to purchases on Etsy on Patreon)
◾ Up to 30 physical products for sale
Ideal for testing the market, small shops, or first-time clients
✅ Allowed 30 ✅ Attribution required: “Design © Ivan Bilous”
3 🟠 Commercial License (up to 100) ◾  Up to 100 physical products for sale
Suitable for craft businesses, workshops, and consistent production
✅ Allowed 100 ✅ Attribution required: “Design © Ivan Bilous”
4 🔴 Extended Commercial License ◾ Unlimited physical product production
Best for brick-and-mortar stores, full-time studios, and growing brands
✅ Allowed Unlimited 🔸 Attribution not required, but appreciated

💡 Free License for Educational & Social Projects

As part of my ongoing commitment to support education, creativity, and community engagement, I offer a free extended personal-use license for selected non-commercial public benefit projects.

This license allows approved applicants to use my digital files beyond standard limitations — for example, in school workshops, community events, therapy programs, and charitable initiatives.


✅ Who qualifies?

You’re welcome to apply if you're involved in:

◾   Schools, colleges, and universities
◾   Public libraries and makerspaces
◾   Nonprofits and social centers (e.g., youth programs, senior support, disability services)
◾   Art therapy and rehabilitation initiatives
◾   Volunteer groups creating handmade items for donation
◾   Cultural or community organizations organizing exhibitions, fairs, or educational events


📋 What to include in your request:

Please submit the following information through THE FORM:

1. Your full name and role (e.g., teacher, organizer, volunteer)
2. Official name of your organization or institution
3. Link to your website or active social media page
4. Brief description of your planned project and how my designs will be used
5. Agreement to share photos or videos from the project upon completion
