  • Modify the design for your own use or for producing finished physical products.
  • Use printed assembly instructions with your finished physical product, as long as the author’s contact information is removed.

You CANNOT

  • Share, resell, redistribute, upload, transfer, copy, or give away the digital files in any form.

One license = one design/file = one user or one business.

Each separate design or product needs its own license. Buying a license for one file does not give rights to use other files commercially.

License verification: I reserve the right to request reasonable information about your purchase and license use to verify that the design is being used under a valid license.

You agree to provide the requested information, such as order number, purchase date, email used for purchase, marketplace or website where the file was purchased, selected license type, and information about the finished physical products made from the design.

Sanctions and restricted territories: Use, sale, distribution, download, access, or commercial exploitation of my files in sanctioned territories, including the territory of the Russian Federation and by its citizens, is prohibited.

Attribution Requirement

Some licenses require attribution. This means that when you publish, promote, exhibit, or sell a finished physical product made from my design, you must credit the designer.

Required attribution text:

Design © Ivan Bilous

You can place this credit in your online product description, social media post, exhibition description, craft fair listing, packaging insert, or printed information card.
