Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once the files have been delivered, returns and refunds are not accepted.

EU customers: In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you agree that by completing your purchase and receiving immediate access to the digital files, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

Exceptions: If you received the wrong file due to a technical error, or if the file contains a serious technical defect, I will issue a refund or provide the correct file. Please contact me at info@vector-painter.com and I will resolve the issue promptly.
