Convert Laser Cut Files into 3D-Printable STL Models
Import an SVG or DXF laser-cut design, preserve its cutouts, engraving and score lines, then download a ready-to-slice STL for your 3D printer.

A free Vector Painter tool that helps 3D printer owners turn laser-cut files into printable 3D models—without rebuilding the design in CAD.
SVG and ASCII DXF files are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to Vector Painter. Common DXF entities include LINE, POLYLINE, LWPOLYLINE, ARC, CIRCLE, ELLIPSE and SPLINE. Binary DXF is not supported.
This browser-based SVG extruder, DXF extrusion tool and STL generator converts 2D vector paths into solid 3D geometry. Use it to extrude SVG to STL, convert DXF to a 3D model, or turn a laser-cut design into a printable object without rebuilding the artwork in CAD.
The exported STL works with common FDM and resin 3D printing workflows. Open the centered model in a slicer such as Cura, PrusaSlicer, OrcaSlicer or Bambu Studio, select your print settings and generate the printer toolpath.
Confirm the dimensions and units, inspect every part and recess in the 3D preview, and validate the downloaded STL in your slicer. Very complex, open or self-intersecting contours may be skipped. A small test print is recommended.
